CPC statement on OPA investigation into the abandonment of East Precinct

The Community Police Commission (CPC) is currently reviewing the Office of Police Accountability’s (OPA) investigation into the decision by Seattle Police officers to abandon the East Precinct. Seattle Police Chief Adrian Diaz and OPA Director Andrew Myerberg were already scheduled to attend Wednesday’s CPC meeting. We look forward to discussing this issue with them then.
