“The CPC co-chairs applaud Councilmembers Lorena González, Teresa Mosqueda, and Lisa Herbold for standing with community and fighting for the landmark police accountability reforms we’ve spent years working on together.
The CPC, dozens of community groups, and now Seattle’s own City Council have told the Mayor’s office that we won’t go back on the decades of work we’ve done to build a strong police accountability system.
